Quantity
We have a minimum order of 250 and maximum of 5,000 for the configurator. If you require
special pricing beyond the 5,000 quantity, please send us detailed specifications.

Paper
Select a Paper from any of our four groups. Base Group Papers are included in the price. For
other paper groups simply select the group you desire and the cost will be automatically
calculated for you.

Print Options
Print options for spot color include printing on the front cover, back cover and pockets up to
30% ink coverage per color. Print options for process color include printing on the front cover,
back cover and pockets up to 100% ink coverage.

Coating Options
  Laminate - This is an add on price. It includes gloss lamination of 1.2 mil to the front cover, back cover   and inside pockets. Film lamination adds durability to any folder, while its high gloss greatly enhances the   folder’s appearance. This is a more fingerprint resistant option than UV coating.
  UV Coating - This is an add on price. This thin plastic coating protects the color and adds considerably   to the folder’s appearance. With maximum ink coverage we recommend coating to seal the ink to the   sheet and prevent scuffing or scratches. UV coating will show fingerprints on large areas of dark ink.

Additional Ink
This is a add on price. It must be added to the base printing price and cannot be added to the base foil stamping or embossing price. It includes printing on the front cover, back cover and inside pockets up to 30% coverage for this color only. Use this option to print a third color, or to print on the inside cover and inside back cover.

Heavy Ink
This is an add on price. You may use solids, screens, or reverses on the front cover, back cover and inside pockets of the folder. This checkmark must be selected if you have more than 30% ink coverage. If printing heavy coverage on a coated sheet, please be aware that you may be required to use a coating option which would incur additional costs.

Foil Stamp
This is a Base price or add on option that includes a die of 16 square inches. The use of non-standard foil colors or combination dies are not included in the  price.

Embossing
This is a Base price or add on option that includes a single level, blind embossing die of 16 square inches. The combination of your artwork and paper choice will determine the maximum amount of lift allowed in your embossed design. For special techniques such as combination, domed or sculptured dies, please send us artwork so we can estimate your project.
